I have had acne from hrmone imbalance for many year. All topical treatments were useless on me. The Zeno has not just worked on an individual blemish, but the surrounding area, where there might be multiple blemishes. I was truly amazed at how well this product worked. I was introduced to this by a skin care specialist in a plastic surgery practice. This is also the second replacement tip I have purchased. WHAT A PRODUCT!!!!!! Hope you all get rich selling them....it works.
Pros: fast / easy to use / painless / self timer / effectiveness
Cons: wish it came with a battery assessory to take traveling, making it completely portable

This product works pretty well. I break out ocassially & the Zeno helps it go away faster.
Pros: It seems to make the pimple go away faster
Cons: For some reason this last replacement is taking longer to warm up. I don't know if its the actual replacement Tip or the unit.
